Local Delivery

Local delivery to available areas will be free of charge if the order totals $100.00 or more. A $20 service charge will be added to all orders below $100.00.

All products will be freezer wrapped and labeled accordingly.

Credit card transactions will be processed before delivery is made. Land and Sea will contact the customer by telephone before charging the credit card if any additional information is needed.

The customer’s product will be delivered between the hours of 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM on the selected delivery day.

Packages will not be left at the customer’s residence if no one is available due to the product being perishable. All products should be refrigerated or frozen immediately.

Products cannot be shipped to PO Boxes, A.P.O., or F.P.O. addresses.

National Shipping/UPS

All product will be shipped frozen in a durable styrofoam cooler with dry ice or frozen food grade gel packs. All products will be freezer wrapped and labeled accordingly.

Credit card transactions will be processed before delivery is made. Land and Sea will contact the customer by telephone before charging the credit card if any additional information is needed.

UPS ground shipping will be used. Please allow 7-10 days for product arrival. Packages will be left by UPS in an inconspicuous location by the front door. All perishable products should be placed immediately into a freezer for future consumption.
